We've been told since we were boys that real men don't cry. That tears are a sign of weakness. So many of us grew up hiding our pain, bottling up our emotions, and carrying burdens in silence.

But somewhere along the way, we forgot one simple truth: we are human. And God created us with hearts that feel, minds that struggle, and emotions that deserve to be expressed.

Crying doesn't make a man weak. It means he has carried more than words can describe. It means he's still fighting. It means he's human.

To every brother out there: It's okay to cry. It's okay to speak. It's okay to ask for help. Strength isn't about suffering in silence—it's about having the courage to be vulnerable and to keep moving forward.

Let's break the stigma. Let's check in on one another. Let's remind every man that he never has to face life's battles alone.

Real men feel. Real men talk. Real men cry. 🩵

Among thousands of social football teams in Singapore, Chill Pill FC is honoured to have been selected to represent the spirit of Racial Harmony in a special National Day documentary.

This documentary is more than just football. It’s about brotherhood, friendship, family, diversity and how people from different races, backgrounds and cultures can come together through the beautiful game.

For the past 10 years, we’ve believed in one thing:

This Sunday, we’ll be taking you behind the scenes of our documentary shoot. From the preparations and interviews to the laughter, emotions and unforgettable moments, you’ll get an exclusive look at our journey.
