Official page of Singapore's largest & oldest Traditional Taekwon-do organisation, founded 1971 by Grandmaster BS Huan, Singapore's first & foremost Taekwondo Pioneer. The Singapore Taekwon-do Academy (STA) is synonymous with Traditional Taekwon-do, which is one of the popular martial arts practiced in Singapore for over five decades. STA is the largest and oldest Traditional Taekwon-do organisation in Singapore, still existing today with many students ranging from the age of six to sixty and beyond. STA was founded on 19 November 1971 by Grandmaster B S Huan to spearhead Traditional Taekwon-do in Singapore. Grandmaster B S Huan is the foremost Taekwon-do pioneer in Singapore and STA is a tribute to his lifetime dedication to Taekwon-do for over 50 years.
