Weekend Recap!
We took on our first Race of the year - Singapore Canoe Marathon 2026 with a mix of DB and Single Craft events. We‘ve sent 2x DB11 Open Crews 4km & 5 athletes into various Single Craft categories:

Christiane - K1 16km - 🥈
Jeanette - V1 8km - 🥇
Tracie - V1 16km - 🥈
Lily - T1 12km - 🥇
Lily - K1 16km - 8th
Alex - T1 12km - 🥇

DB11 Open: 5th & 9th with times of 21:11min & 21:35min

Congratulations to all paddlers, thank you to & for the organization of this exciting race - what a great start into 2026!

Singapore River Regatta - the last race of the season held something special in store for us.

Our Ladies had an awesome cooperation with to form a Ladies Big Boat. It was great to see how the newly formed crew came together from the first training session and smashed it during the race - Gold 🥇
Our Ladies contiued their great run to get Silver 🥈in the IDBC category.

The Mens confidently won Gold 🥇 in the IDBC category and came 5th in a Grand Final full of top teams, a great achievement!

What happens when you mix both together? Well, you get our IDBC Mixed Crew who smashed both rounds to win Gold 🥇 and with it, brought the IDBC Cup back to GDS for the first time in 6 years.

What a great way to close the 2025 season after the hard work of all of our members, on & off the boat, in- and outside of training - this is an achievement by the club and all its members. You guys are awesome and deserve this.

We could have not done it without our Coach Raymond who shows incredible commitment and always brings out the best in us. We truly appreciate your guidance. We also would like to thank & for letting us sweat in the gym every week 🥵 our big guns are made by you 😉

Bringing the medals & trophies back to our clubroom in always a highlight 😌. But this time, we got welcomed & congratulated by the whole Paulaner Team, it was truly special ❤️ Our Club is not complete without your continuous support and the best beer on the island 🍻
