For Evon, that one hour at BFT is more than just a workout... it’s her “me time”. 😍

Between being a mum, a swim coach and working full-time, her days can get pretty packed. But no matter how busy life gets, she still makes time to show up, move, have fun and leave feeling a little stronger and happier than before.

And the progress has definitely shown! From becoming healthier and stronger to dropping a dress size and feeling more confident in the clothes she wears, Evon’s journey is a reminder that making time for yourself really does go a long way.

Always friendly, always cheerful and such a joy to have in class. Keep bringing those good vibes, Evon! 🫶💪

Week 4 - Build Power, Strength & Conditioning

Week 4 continues to build on the foundations established in the earlier weeks, with a strong focus on developing power, strength, cardiovascular fitness and muscular control.

Members can expect a mix of explosive movements, controlled strength work and challenging conditioning sessions designed to push performance while maintaining quality movement.

As the week progresses, the intensity builds to challenge both physical capacity and the ability to sustain strong efforts under fatigue.

Time flies and it’s already August. It’s the Singapore’s birth month and we are having our National Day promotions once again! Keep a lookout and capitalise on the deal!

This week is all about building consistency, confidence and fitness across a variety of training styles. You’ll challenge your cardiovascular endurance, continue progressing your strength, and develop the ability to sustain quality movement even as the intensity increases.

Every session has been designed to build on the last, helping you become stronger, fitter and more resilient while training at a level that’s appropriate for you.
