We’re proud to announce Coach Kenneth Lim Kenze Fizz as our newly appointed Chief Instructor at Neue Fit.

With over 12 years of Muay Thai experience and a proven track record both in and out of the ring, Kenneth will now take on a wider role overseeing and supporting our coaching team across Muay Thai, Grappling, HIIT, and all training disciplines at Neue Fit.

Catch Neue Fit at Fight for Hope as we host selected sessions under the National Stadium Experience “Public Outreach Muaythai Sessions”, where you’ll get to experience what a Muaythai class at Neue Fit is like.

Organised by Singapore Muaythai Association in support of the Breast Cancer Foundation, your registration fee covers participation in the session, with 50% of remaining proceeds after event costs supporting BCF.

Expect a full session including:

👊 Shadowboxing & technique
🥊 Padwork
💪 Strength & conditioning
🧘 Cool down

BIG NEWS. BJJ IS LEVELING UP AT NEUE FIT. 🥋

Introducing BJJ CORE, our new hybrid BJJ programme bringing gi and no-gi together.
At its core, grappling is about control, movement and fundamentals, whether you’re wearing a gi or not. So we’re building a more comprehensive curriculum around both, giving you more ways to train and progress.

What’s changing?
→ More classes to choose from
→ Gi + No-Gi training within the programme
→ A clearer pathway towards blue belt
→ Specialist classes for more experienced practitioners

Love the gi? Keep wearing it. Prefer no-gi? You’re covered. Want to switch between both? Even better.

With BJJ, No-Gi, Wrestling and MMA now part of NeueFit, wherever your grappling curiosity takes you, there’s a mat here for it.

BJJ CORE starts 10th August, Monday.
