Bringing years of experience in No-Gi Grappling, Wrestling, and MMA, Coach Bart joins us as we expand our grappling programme.

From 15 June, we’ll be introducing:

• MMA classes for all levels

Congratulations to Max, Sam, Aislinn, and Dale, who will be competing at the 2026 IFMA IFMA Muaythai Muaythai World Championships in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 16-26 June.

The hard work got them here. Now it’s time to fly the flag.
