Sometimes, the most “basic” class is actually the toughest.

In adult ballet, foundation work isn’t about simplicity—it’s about precision and control. Every posture, every turnout, every inch of back strength is slowed down, refined, and truly tested.

In intermediate classes, you might get through combinations.
But in a basic class, you can’t hide.

The slower it is, the harder it feels.
The simpler it looks, the more honest it becomes.

Real progress lives in the basics.
