A functional all body, strength, agility & cardiovascular test that challenges you equally in all 4 disciplines 10 minutes

• 10 stations
45 seconds work/ 15 seconds rest

Your final score (no matter what it may be) becomes your own personal benchmark to beat next time

Each station has points associated with the meters/reps you complete.

We will crown the top male & female winners based on awarded points! Get your family and friends down to cheer for you, or simply participate in the challenge!
