Ok but this chocolate is actually so good. 70% dark, crunchy clusters, 10g protein a pack and no that crunch isn’t nuts, it’s fermented soy (we know, we didn’t believe it either).

Build Phase catching up to you? Turf Games left you feeling like a rusty robot?

Your body’s been through it these past few weeks and it’s time to give it some love back.

This Saturday we’ve got Gloria from Knotty Strokes (aka your sports masseuse bestie) coming down to run us through a foam rolling workshop. She’ll be teaching the basics - how to actually foam roll properly (not just rocking back and forth in pain lol), release tension in the right spots, and get your body moving fluidly again.

If you’ve been feeling tight, stiff, or just generally held together by painkillers, this one’s for you.

Our REVL tribe is heading out of the studio and straight into the heartlands! In support of the National Family Festival 2026, we’re bringing our signature energy to Fernvale to help ComLink+ families bond through movement, laughter, and some healthy competition.

We need our community to make this happen. Whether you want to help us judge the stations or cheer these families on, let’s show up and give back together! 🔥
