Husband and wife team, Zhang Jun and Kellie Van der Ploeg Zhang are both former classical ballet dancers turned Pilates professionals, with over 20 years' experience teaching dance and Pilates in Singapore. Central Pilates was registered in early 2008 and, after teaching in studios across the island, their own much-anticipated private Pilates studio opened the followin

We are very excited to welcome Nicholas to the team at Central Pilates!

A law graduate who chose to pursue his passion for competitive ballroom dancing, Nicholas began his movement journey with Pilates and Gyrotonic®️ as conditioning to enhance his dance performance. Now a fully certified Pilates instructor, with additional certifications in Gyrotonic®️, Progressing Ballet Technique, CoreAlign and the Franklin Method, we are confident that Nicholas will be an invaluable addition to the studio and our clients.

We have been running our monthly pass for several years now. It’s a great way to keep clients motivated and consistent. Plus we see a lot of improvement. Enjoy up to 12 reformer group classes a month. 💪🏻
