The Invisible Forces | Forearm Stand Hollowback with Stag Legs 🧘🏻♀️✨
When the body turns upside down, what we see are the legs, shoulders, core, flexibility and balance. But what truly supports the posture is also invisible — the breath, concentration, intention, inner stability, and the muscle memory built through countless hours of practice.
Yoga has gradually taught me to believe that what we see is only the result; what truly shapes the result is often invisible.
You have to believe that just because many things cannot be seen, it doesn’t mean they do not exist.
The meridians cannot be seen, yet they influence the flow of energy throughout the body.
Thoughts cannot be seen, yet they shape our actions.
Energy fields cannot be seen, yet they can influence our state of mind.
Kindness cannot be seen, yet it shapes the way we treat others.
Temperature cannot be seen, yet it determines the changing of the seasons.
Air cannot be seen, yet it sustains — and ultimately determines — the lives of all living beings.
Our thoughts cannot be seen, yet they can shape the course of our destiny.
Cause and effect cannot be seen, yet they quietly shape everything that lies ahead of us.
Hold a sense of reverence.
Be grateful for everything.
Bless everyone.
Perhaps what yoga truly cultivates is not merely physical flexibility and strength.
Every time we lose our balance and find it again, we are learning to trust the invisible — to trust our breath, trust our body, trust our practice, trust our persistence, and trust that every thought and action we plant in the present will eventually bear its own fruit.
The invisible shapes the visible.
What we hold in our hearts eventually finds its way into our lives.
🙏🏻 Grateful for every practice.
Grateful for every moment of awareness.
May we remain humble, live with kindness,
be grateful for everything, and bless all beings. ❤️
