I have been travelling for nearly 2 weeks now, any suggestions how to keep sports gear smelling ok? I have tried rinsing them after every training session but I don't want to put delicate sports gear through hotel laundry.

Morning miles in Singapore 🇸🇬

When you’re travelling for work it’s easy to skip the run.
Jet lag. Meetings. Late dinners. But discipline travels with you.

Out early around Marina Bay this morning putting in some training for my next ultra marathon and working on dropping a few kilos along the way.
No shortcuts just consistency.
