WEEK 3 🚀

MONDAY – STRENGTH M 💪
We continue building strength with our key lifts for the block, the DB Bench Press and Torsonator Hack Squat. Expect an extra working set this week, meaning more volume and more opportunities to build strength while refining technique. Focus on quality reps, controlled movement and pushing your loads with confidence.

TUESDAY – SUMMIT 🫀
This week’s SUMMIT gets longer! Working intervals increase to 4 minutes 40 seconds, challenging your pacing, communication and aerobic engine. The goal isn’t to sprint but to find a sustainable rhythm with your partner and stay consistent from start to finish.

WEDNESDAY – HYPER UB 🔥
Upper body stability takes centre stage. Expect single-arm pressing, rows, incline bench press and chin-ups, combined with challenging core and stability movements. This session is all about moving well, building control and creating a stronger foundation for your pressing and pulling strength.

MONDAY, SUMMIT 🫀
We kick off the week with a strong aerobic focus, learning how to pace ourselves and sustain effort over longer durations. Expect machines, battle ropes, skipping and running, all while keeping your heart rate controlled and consistent. The goal isn’t to sprint, it’s to build an engine that lasts 🚴‍♀️

TUESDAY, PUMP LB 🍑
Lower body Pump returns with more time under tension and bigger posterior chain focus. Expect movements like sn**ch grip deadlifts, torsonator hack squats, good mornings, step ups and lateral lunges. This session is all about building strength foundations, control under fatigue and feeling the burn 🔥
