A pretty straightforward stunt sequence on last night’s ep 17 of 家的守护星 🎬 ‘NEAR-MISS’ vehicle sequence is extremely common for tv & movie stunts. Mediacorp actor R O M E O T A N focus on his ACT as i catch & tandem with him. In the middle collage REHEARSAL, I am figuring out what speed to ride at thus balancing excitement & safety! The actual take showcases what the director want and what the ‘EYE’ aka camera captures. It captures my motorcycle crossing him in middle of the frame, not too early OR late ⏰ BIG SHOUTOUT to Sheila Sim 沈琳宸 for taking the fall with her high heels 👠 without a stuntdouble!!!

Last night’s ep6 家的守护星, we did the car hit scene when Actor James Seah was hit by the ironhorse Mercedes w124 😃 I tried my best to breakdown how we ‘warm up’ from blocking to rehearsals (with mats) to actual take 🎬 An action scene is as good as it looks only when safety & professionalism is in place! Hire your local stunt guys & keep A.I. reasonably low 😉
