“我的炒米粉是传统的。” Our fried bee hoon is done a little differently.

Instead of simply frying it, Mr Yeo prepares a broth specially for the bee hoon — an old-school method that gives it that familiar, comforting flavour he has kept all these years.

And then there’s his U-Turn Nasi Lemak. 🌶️
The sambal? A recipe he spent a long time perfecting until he got it exactly the way he wanted.

No shortcuts, no changing things just because times have changed. Just the traditional flavours he believes in, now served at our newest outlet.

Come down and try Mr Yeo’s favourites for yourself. ❤️

Some foods never go out of style.

For many Singaporeans, fried carrot cake was a staple at morning markets, coffee shops and family breakfasts growing up.

Ours is made with a golden crispy exterior and a soft, flavourful centre — a traditional favourite that continues to bring people back for more.

A simple dish. A familiar taste. A piece of Singapore's food heritage.

Before cafés, brunch spots and food delivery apps, there was fried yam cake.

A traditional favourite found in morning markets and local food stalls, loved for its crispy golden exterior and soft, flavourful yam filling.

Paired with our homemade sambal, it's the kind of old-school comfort food that keeps generations coming back for more.

Some flavours may be hard to find today, but they're worth preserving.

Meet Mr. Yeo, the man behind our U-Turn Nasi Lemak.

A dish close to his heart since childhood, nasi lemak was one of the flavours he never forgot — fragrant coconut rice, sambal with a kick, crispy ikan bilis, and the kind of comfort only old-school Singapore food can bring.

That’s why he added it to the menu: to share the love for this classic local favourite with more people.

Drop by for U-Turn Nasi Lemak, traditional kueh and local delicacies made fresh daily.
