Sifu Carmen is distinguished as a certified instructor with the Ving Tsun Athletic Association, and is notable for being one of the few in Singapore, as well as the only female instructor.
Ving Tsun Athletic Association is based in Hong Kong and is established by the late Grandmaster Ip Man in 1967.
