From beginner recreational classes to advanced competitive training, Fly Once Gymnastics offers structured programmes for girls at every stage of their development.

Whether your child is discovering rhythmic gymnastics for the first time, learning for enjoyment, or already has experience and aspires to improve and compete, she can find a programme suited to her ability and goals.

Congratulations to Loverne on her wonderful results at the Singapore Open! ❤️

More meaningful to us than the medals themselves is the growth and transformation behind them.

When Loverne first joined Fly Once, she was still developing consistent training habits. Over time, we have seen her become increasingly focused, disciplined and committed, learning to approach each training session with greater purpose and responsibility.

To us, this transformation is more valuable than any medal.

At Fly Once, we believe sport is not only about developing skills and achieving results. More importantly, it is about helping children learn focus, discipline, perseverance and responsibility, qualities that will carry them far beyond the competition floor.

Our heartfelt thanks to her father for his continued support, encouragement and involvement throughout her journey. We are also grateful to our coaching team for their dedication, thoughtfully creating and refining each routine to bring out ’Loverne s individual strengths and qualities.

Since joining Fly Once, Zoe has demonstrated exceptional self-discipline and a genuine love for learning. She listens attentively, trains diligently and gives her absolute best in every single practice session.

In this competition, Zoe delivered an outstanding performance, sweeping the All-Around, Individual and Team Champion titles in her age group. Her success stems from her dedication, perseverance and the daily courage to keep striving for improvement.

At Fly Once, we believe that medals acknowledge a competition, but character defines a lifetime. Self-discipline, resilience, and a passion for learning are the true ultimate achievements.

Behind every young athlete, there is a devoted parent who offers unwavering trust and support. We extend our heartiest gratitude to Zoe’s mom for her steadfast companionship and encouragement over the years, as well as her continued trust in Fly Once.

Despite recovering from an injury while juggling her Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) commitments, Wan Yan Jia Xuan continued to approach every practice session with remarkable discipline and dedication. This makes her achievement all the more precious.

More Than Medals. Build Character.

As we look back on our Singapore Open journey, we celebrate far more than the medals won. We celebrate the courage to perform, the discipline to persevere, the friendships built, and the confidence gained through every challenge.

Congratulations to all our gymnasts on their wonderful performances at the Singapore Open. While the competition has come to an end, every performance, every challenge, and every achievement has become a meaningful milestone in their growth.

We are looking for passionate gymnasts who
aged 4 years old and above to join the trial session.

Our experienced & professionally qualified coaches will guide gymnasts through an appropriate assessment & assign the correct regular session if signing up🏅
