🥋🔥 I May Not Be Gifted, But I’m Willing to Repeat Endlessly.
When I take repetition to the extreme, it becomes my talent.
I’ve never considered myself naturally gifted in Taekwon-Do. But what I can do is work harder and repeat more than others.
When I was training, if others practised a pattern a few times, I was willing to practise it 20 times, 30 times, even 50 times.
If it wasn’t good enough, I repeated it.
If the technique wasn’t right, I corrected it and repeated it again.
I cannot control how much talent I was born with, but I can control my effort, my consistency, and how many times I’m willing to repeat.
Over time, those repetitions improved my technique and performance.
What I lacked in natural talent, I built through consistency, hard work and repetition.
Maybe I’m not gifted.
But I can repeat until repetition becomes my talent. 🥋🔥
💭 Now think about this:
Do you think this same mindset can apply to your studies, work, and everyday life?
When you’re not naturally good at something, are you willing to practise, improve, repeat—and keep going until you become good at it?
