The elderly lady in the picture is my mother & she is 85. She has severe symptoms of Osteoporosis. She had a fall in 2023 Feb, resulting in a fracture on her lower back & was in and out of hospital on 8 occasions from 2023 to 2025.

Why am I sharing this?

There are many seniors in Singapore facing the same unfortunate situations & i feel all these could have been prevented or better managed if we adopt a more proactive approach by starting a targetted muscle and strength building routine early on in life.

With the easing of SMM measures, in allowing bigger outdoor group class size; we will be re-starting our outdoor fitness classes.

***Low Impact Outdoor Fitness Class****

Day: Every Tuesday or Thursday
Time: 715 pm
Duration: 45 Minutes
Venue: Fort Canning Park (Singapore)
Starting: Week of 11th April 2022
Cost: SGD30 Per Month (4 Classes-no carry forward)

If you(Male or Female) are above 35 years old and
