Welcome to Week 3 team — we’re turning the dial up another notch. 💥
This week is all about sharper ex*****on, stronger pacing, and staying locked in even when fatigue kicks in. Trust the process, bring the energy, and remember… the weights don’t get lighter, you just get stronger. 😮💨🏋️
Monday – Strength
Big focus on controlled power with bench press and hack squat progressions. Extra volume means more time under tension, so stay patient with your reps and own every movement.
Tuesday – Summit
Longer aerobic sets are here, so pacing will be everything. Find that sustainable grind and keep the engine running strong from start to finish.
Wednesday – Hyper UB
Upper body stability takes center stage with more complex control work. Expect shoulders, trunk, and coordination to get tested in the best way possible.
Thursday – Cardio U (H)
Quick gear changes and sprint intensity will push your conditioning to another level. Stay sharp, react fast, and control the chaos.
Friday – Balanced
A slower-paced session with a big focus on movement quality and control. Don’t underestimate this one — sometimes the “easy-looking” workouts humble the most. 😂
Saturday – XTX
Conditioning meets teamwork with reduced transition times and more volume. Stay efficient, communicate with your partner, and empty the tank together. 🔥
