Slowly but surely … both elbows are now feelin better. *Left Tricep temdon snapped during Benchpress back in June, & right Tricep tendon slight partial tear in Nov from HYROX 🥺*
Looks like it’s back to Bodybuilding-centric training protocol for now, and staying away from HYROX for a lil bit longer 🙁
