This is an update regarding your packages that you had with our outlet at Our Tampines Hub.

🔹 Multi-shareable Pass (MP) Transfers: All MP packages have been successfully transferred to our partner gyms and are now active. Passholders have been personally updated about the transfer process via WhatsApp. We extend our sincere thanks to our partner gyms once again for their invaluable support, and all passholders for your patience and understanding. 🙏

However, as the transfers were carried out manually, oversights may have occurred. If you have not received communication regarding the transfer of your passes, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Options for transferring your passes to either Origin Boulder (valid until 30 Sep) or Climb@T3 (inclusive of an additional month's validity) remain available. 😊

🔹 Other Packages: All other packages, such as Climbing Exploration, ClimbFit, and Step Up! Climbing Club, have also been transferred to either Origin Boulder or Climb@T3. Some packages have not been activated as you may have missed our WhatsApp messages. For these, please contact us for assistance.

🔹 The Way Forward: With the conclusion of our chapter at Our Tampines Hub, new opportunities await. 💪 We are actively engaged in identifying a new home for everyone. 🏘

Here’s a ground-up initiative by our , for our ! There’s an Appreciation Board located within our gym for everyone to write down your words of appreciation. ❤️

During your next visit, take a moment to write down ✍🏼 your heartfelt messages on a Post-it note provided at the counter, and pin it 📌 on the Appreciation Board in the gym. Let your fellow climbers know how much they mean to you and how they have made a positive impact on your climbing journey!

For those who prefer capturing memories in pictures, snap a photo 📸 using a polaroid camera and pin it on the board. Let's fill the board with snapshots of happy moments and cherished memories shared within our . 👍
