Waqf Property Bill
This vision will create awareness of the lack of space among communities in both Hindus & Muslims at the same time having all properties being registered, which will be allocated to people for burial depending on the number of years the lease is bought and then shall be redeveloped based on religious laws of life, death and afterlife.
It will create new registered Waqf properties where leases could go affordable, including free of charge state waqf properties who cannot afford leases, which could be subject to redevelopment with land running out, but shall be done in line with religious laws of life, death and afterlife.
At the same time buying land of all existing nonregistered or illegal properties, to respect the dead where graves have been laid, but hence forth ensuring no illegal property rises anywhere in the world, since it has been a failure of the governments and law enforcement that a situation like this has arisen, thereby redeveloping these illegal properties in accordance with Religious laws of life, death and afterlife and recognizing these properties as registered Waqf Properties, as it is been a failure of Government not people, why should the people suffer now that it has woken from sleep.
