Our 45mins online strength class is beginner-friendly and ๐Ÿ’ฏ% meant for ladies who are absolutely new to weight training.

All you need are โžก๏ธ 1 kettlebell and 1 foam roller, which you can purchase from any of your favourite sports shops or if you buy from me it will be 's durable and solid kettlebell sent to your doorstep.

Meet Hafizah lovingly called as "Mekk"! She's a mother of 2 and even though I have just started training her this year, we knew each other from about 8-10 years(?) ago when I was running my gym at Sixth Avenue.

Hope she can motivate you to keep training or learn how to strength train if you're totally new to fitness.

10 Goblet Squats
5-10 Shoulder press (each side)
5-10 Bend Over rows (each side)
10 Halos
Rest for 1-3mins(depend on your level)
Repeat 3 to 5 rounds !
