With the 24-hour PSI reading between 101 and 200, we encourage everyone to take the necessary precautions when heading outdoors.
Please minimise or avoid prolonged or strenuous outdoor physical activity, particularly for children, seniors, pregnant women and persons with chronic heart or lung conditions.
Remember to stay hydrated, limit your time outdoors and use an N95 mask where appropriate. If you feel unwell, please seek medical attention.
