Yes, you can absolutely build strength on the reformer.
But Pilates is not just “strength training on springs.”
It’s a system. A method. A way of organising the body.
What matters isn’t how high you lift or how many reps you do —
it’s how you set your body up to move and how you transfer force/ load.
