ESPZEN is leading football competition organiser in Singapore with other 180 adults teams under tournament management, established in 2004 we are constantly looking to break new ground in Singapore by organising tournaments which meet the requirements of modern football. We have organised 11 a side and junior tournaments for many leading corporates in Singapore including EA Sports, Carlsberg, Huxe

ly, Seagate, Robert Walters, Singapore Disability Sports Association, and Ricoh. ESPZEN continues to arrange a series of junior 5/6 a side football tournaments for progressive junior clubs in Singapore. We believe

a) During football tournaments – waiting time for each team between games should be kept to a minimum – otherwise players lose interest
b) Parents do not want to spend a whole day at a pitch and watch their son/daughter only play 2 or 3 games in 3 hours then get knocked out
c) Knock out tournaments do NOT promote development, “round robin” formats are preferred and also avoid penalty shoot out heartbreak. d) All teams in a tournament should play an equal number of games given all teams have paid the same registration fee. e) Tournament duration for a given age group should be no more than 2 hours – enough time to keep parents interested and enthused. f) Schools, Academies, Community Centre Clubs would like to have all their teams at the same venue to facilitate coach logistics but not necessarily at the same time (hence allowing a coach to manage a multiple teams sequentially)
g) Tournaments should take place on Astro turf, given clubs have spent time organising players/parents and to have a rained off tournament is a huge disappointment for all concerned. h) League tables, results should be available REAL TIME during the tournament and importantly accessible by everyone on their smart phone. Noting of course 5 and 6 a side tournaments are far more beneficial for development than 7 or 8 a side events as recognised by National Football Associations all over the world, especially in the younger age groups. A typical tournament would be for 8 teams, with each team playing the other teams once - ie a total of 7 games in 2hours. Our coaches have been handpicked for their experience, knowledge, passion, enthusiasm and will encourage children of all activities to believe in themselves, chare their experiences with their new-made friends, and have lots of fun. All coaches are qualified and experienced coaches and ESPZEN operates a strict 1:12 coach to student ration guaranteeing your child will receive quality coach interaction and will not be "lost in the crowd"

All our soccer camps are conditioned to the developmental age of the participant. Programmes will be challenging but achievable, guaranteeing that each child leaves our camp with a raised self esteem and most importantly having experienced fun and enjoyment.

Nee Soon Football & Study Program 2020 registration is extended until 4th Jan 2020. This is a community program that allows children to be trained with professional football school and be mentored in their studies under a group of knowledgeable and dedicated volunteers. We had a fun filled Sunday afternoon last 7th Jul during our 39th ESPZEN Youth Tournament for U6 and U8 @ Turf City in conjunction with Singapore Sports Festival.
