- Creative movements: A joyful way for children to explore movement through music, develop physical skills, channel energy, stimulate imagination and promote creativity.
- Kiddie Dance: Pre-schoolers will enjoy discovering dance through play. This course will introduce dance foundations while allowing self-expression through movement developing grace, posture and a sense of rhythm. A prelude to Ballet, Tap or Jazz.

- Rhythmic Gymnastics: Rhythmic gymnastics combines dance and flexibility with hand apparatus into beautiful routines set to exciting music. Our class will teach the basic apparatus skills in rope, hoop, ball, and ribbon as well as proper technique for all body skills and dance.

- Salsa: A latin American dance with a lot of african rhythm influence. Consist of a lot hip movements, fluid transitions and intricate footwork. Can be done with or without a parter.
- Ballet Conditioning/Fitness: Love the long, lean look of a dancer’s body? Our ballet fitness classes concentrates on toning all your muscles in just the right way to give you that beautiful dancer look.
- Jazz Fitness: If you are looking for great dance routines & hot body workshops based on American Jazz Masters styles. This is your class!
- Stretch Fitness: We need to stretch to increase or maintain flexibility. Being flexible means avoiding injury and pain.

- Burlesque: A fun work-out. Lose inhibitions along with calories. Wear something sexy, high heels if you can!
- Flamenco: Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced students welcomed!
