Fitness With Shirin Zumba & Bollywood Fitness I have been dancing my way through life since I was 3. I am a licensed Zumba instructor and every class I teach feels like a party!

And whether it's in a class, on a stage or at a party I am truly at my best when I am dancing. Since discovering Zumba over 3 years ago, I have never felt more in shape! The atmosphere that is created in a Zumba class is absolutely intoxicating, and I LOVE being able to share that feeling with people! Whether you decide to come to lose weight, dance with a group of people, listen to the awesome in

ternational music, I promise you will get hooked! I am blessed to have the opportunity to share the joy of dance through Zumba. The class provides a full body workout and you do not have to be a dancer or even consider yourself coordinated in order to enjoy this class and get an effective workout. You just need to come ready to sweat and have a great time. I have three kids and found Zumba the best way to get back into shape. I run Zumba classes all week throughout the City. Ditch the gym and join the Party!
