Featuring our first member of the month in 2026, Roseanne!
A BFT member since June 2024, she has been part of the BFT family for about 1.5 years. Her favourite programs are the Cardio sessions—especially Cardio U and Summit—for their intensity and consistently rewarding workouts. Since joining BFT postpartum, she has become noticeably fitter, stronger, and more toned, gaining the energy and strength needed to keep up with her toddler. What began as a way to regain fitness after childbirth has transformed her physical and mental resilience. Her biggest takeaway is learning that short-term discomfort leads to meaningful results, while also gaining mental clarity and focus. Her advice to newcomers is simple: go for it—BFT is life-changing, effective, and makes committing to a great workout easy and achievable
