There is nothing more important to me than alignment and that is the basic essence of a mindful yoga practise. Strength is another important factor especially if you want to build steadiness in any asana. My classes are a combination of both and also fitness regimes like planks, which give an overall awesome workout. I currently hold Ashtanga & YogaFit studio-size classes and also private classes for 1-to-1 or a small group.
