Most people think it’s too late to start.

At 54 years old, Thomas decided to prove that wrong.

After seeing one of our client transformation videos online, he realised he could relate to the story — and decided it was time to make a change.

Starting his journey with coach Arjun, Thomas began at 24% body fat. Today he sits at 13% body fat, while gaining around 4kg of lean muscle.
