Swimming isn’t just about getting into the pool. 🏊♂️
Sometimes, the learning starts on land first!
I usually take time to explain and demonstrate the correct strokes, body movements and steps that my studebts need to know.
Every little detail matters when it comes to building confidence and swimming with proper technique.
A little explanation on land can make a big difference in the water. 💙
