Oompf! Fitness is turning 5 years old, so we are throwing a party!

Join us on Saturday 30 July, from 12pm to 5:30pm for an afternoon packed with fitness challenges – with prizes sponsored by Optimum Nutrition and ourselves to win!

Events:

– 5 Free HIIT Classes (1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm) - few spots left
– Burn 500cal on a rower
– Challenge one of our Personal Trainer (or even the gym boss!) at armwrestling
– Max Pushups in 60s
– Max Medicine Ball Throws in 60s

The participant with the highest score for each event will win a free Personal Training session as well as a a free Group Class! Runner ups in each event will win a free Fitness Group Class.
