I have always enjoyed working out, but F45 Amoy Street helped me take my fitness to the next level. Over the last 4 years the trainers have helped me work on my form and beat personal goals to lift heavier, jump higher, and keep pushing to the end of the set. I loves that F45 is a format that I can easily fit into my routine and that each class is different to keep it fresh and exciting.

Amy's biggest achievement: Unassisted pull ups
Amy's least favourite move: Frog squats
Amy's favourite class: Hollywood
Amy's least favourite class: Redline - 5 sets and 5 seconds rest - seriously?!

📦 Box Jumps 📦

Learning how to do a box jump seems pretty self-explanatory. As in, you jump.... onto the box. But it’s a more advanced movement than you might think.
