Today we celebrate the strength, love, and resilience of all the mothers in our BASE family ❤️

Being a mother is already a full-time role. Balancing training, family, work, and personal growth takes a different kind of strength. We’re proud to share the stories of some incredible mums in our community who continue to show up, push through challenges, and inspire everyone around them both inside and outside the gym even at 6 am!

Thank you for reminding us that strength comes in many forms.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mums out there 🌸

TESTING WEEK ✅

The crew showed up heavy, loud, and ready to move some serious weight. 3RMs on bench, squat, strict press, and deadlift — and let’s just say… the bars were bending 😮‍💨

Now we roll into our new 12-week phase (Oct 20 – Jan 11):
• New weekly split 💥
• Full protocol switch-up 🔁
• Holiday-season maintainance but make it fun and sweaty 🎄

Testing’s done. Data’s in. Now it’s time to build smarter, lift better, and stay consistent through the year-end chaos.

Night crew knows this face well — always friendly, always smiling, but don’t be fooled… Wei Siang is as hardcore as they come. 💪 You’ll usually spot him dusting off the 40kg dumbbells and making them look light.

What makes Wei Siang stand out isn’t just his strength — it’s his influence. He lifts everyone around him higher without ever needing to command the room. His energy is infectious, his positivity unshakable, and his presence pushes the team to bring their best.

Whether it’s motivating his crew for Turf Games, or encouraging the girls to lift heavier than they thought possible, Wei Siang makes the night sessions stronger — in spirit and in strength.

If you’ve ever come down at night, you’ve definitely met Danny. Fierce by face, loving by nature. 🖤

What earned Danny our Member of the Month title this July is his sheer tenacity – always holding high standards for himself and anyone he partners with in class.

He’s a true community man: from guiding newer members through their first sessions, to helping advanced athletes fine-tune their form. Whether it’s breaking down the dumbbell sn**ch or teaching how to breathe better during movements, Danny lifts others up just as much as he lifts weights. 💪
