Came in to prep for Singapore Open Enduro. Left as a different bike. 🔵

suspension, front and rear — Hero fork, Hover Monocoque shock, machined in Germany.

Travel adjustability allows you to change accordingly without additional purchase. The IBS mount fits trunnion or metric, so it moves to the next bike too. And the 3-mode flip lever — Downhill, Gravel, Road — means no stopping to fiddle between a fire road climb and a technical descent.

The spring curve is where you feel the money. It breaks away almost instantly off the top, so roots and chatter get absorbed instead of transmitted into your hands. Less arm pump, more grip, a front wheel that tracks instead of skips. Coil feel, without coil weight.

Braking now on KAHA with Radic rotors. Consistent bite lap after lap, no fade on long descents, no wandering bite point. Brake later, carry more speed.

Same frame. Completely different bike underneath the rider.

The two most common mistakes we see:

🔸 Jet washing — drives water straight past your bearing seals. Low pressure only.
🔸 Lubing a wet chain — dry it first, or you're just sealing water in.

Everything else is on the card. Do it before the mud dries, it's twice as hard after.

It's a bottom bracket. Or a spoke about to go. Or a cassette you're actively destroying.
Bikes complain before they break, yet most riders have just trained themselves to stop listening. 😅

Three that mean stop riding, not check later: grind, squeal, clunk. Everything else can finish the lap.

Save it. You'll need it.

80% humidity, year-round. Your bike is rusting whether you ride it or not. 🌡️

Chain rust you can see. Hub internals, bottom bracket and headset bearings you can't and that's where it gets expensive.

Three things that speed it up:
❌ Storing the bike wet
❌ A damp corner with no airflow
❌ Leaving it unridden for months

Dry it. Give it air. L**e it after every wet ride.

Cheap to prevent. Expensive to fix.

Two psi is the difference between gripping and going down. 🛞

Most riders set their pressure once, years ago, off a pump gauge that was lying to them and never touched it again.

Here's a proper starting point by rider weight, what to adjust for your setup, and what to change when it's been raining.

The one nobody does: after rain, drop 1–2 psi. Free grip.

Titanium levers on a titanium frame. We'll allow it. 🔩

Radic Performance Ltd have released a 3D printed titanium lever for the KAHA and if you're already running KAHA, this is a straight upgrade, not a new brakeset.

What changes:

🔧 3D printed titanium — stronger and more durable than the original 7075-T6 aluminium blade
🔧 Revised leverage ratio curve — noticeably better modulation, more control at the bite point
🔧 Wider blade profile — more contact area under your finger
🔧 Integrated grip hole pattern — traction that holds when your gloves are soaked
🔧 Tool-free reach adjustment — dial it in on the trail, no multi-tool

This one's on a Kingdom XFS PS "Party Stripper", a discontinued frame, raw titanium and exactly the kind of build that deserves the upgrade.

Already running KAHA? The titanium levers are available as a standalone upgrade.

Buying new? You can spec the brakeset with titanium levers from the start for a small premium.
