The Yard is Singapore’s leading multi-location gymnastics and movement centre, offering expertly designed programs in Gymnastics, Ninja, Freestyle, and Tumbling for children aged 18 months to 18 years—and beyond! With four locations in Jurong, Dempsey, Bukit Timah, and Dover, we provide a safe, exciting, and structured environment where kids can learn to move, flip, jump, and grow in confidence, both physically and mentally. SGDP is an important national development programme that brings together promising young gymnasts, club coaches and national coaches. It gives athletes valuable opportunities to experience a high-performance training environment, learn from different coaches, develop their skills and better understand the standards required for future progression.

For Mia, this is an important step in her long-term development and a chance to gain new knowledge, confidence and motivation. For The Yard, her participation strengthens our connection with Singapore’s national gymnastics pathway and supports our commitment to providing every gymnast with the best possible opportunities to grow.
