The Fitness Protocol had 5 new members who signed up for The 3 months Transformation Program. Here is one of them. At 47 years old, she came in complaining about back issues, she lacked mobility, strength , and most importantly flexibility.
David designed a workout program that is suited best for her current fitness level.
After 1 month of conditioning and followed up by the 3 months program, she has gotten stronger, huge improvement with mobility and can now get off the floor without feeling any pain whatsoever.
Her fat loss was a results of her following every instructions given to her in the 3 months.

The Fitness Protocol has done it again.
One of our latest Transformation.
This particular member had Lower Back issues as well as Nerve impingement and had been complaining of back ache and shooting / warm sensation going down to her legs.
But after 3 months of training and 20 session of sport massage therapy by David Devito, and she is almost as good as new.

As you know, the CB period in SG has been extended. Since then I have been getting requests from people asking how to keep lean, fit and strong even while stuck at home. So I was thinking of creating an extreme bodyweight workout programme you can do using just household equipment like tables, chairs and PET bottles. Anyone interested? NEED A SAFE PLACE TO TRAIN?
The Fitness Protocol is opening up our training center to help those who are affected by the recent closure of Public Commercial gyms .
We have 20 Power Rack station, set 2 meters from each other with full access to any of our equipment. ( Our Cardio area will be set up by next week as we need to set the safe distance perimeters.
We do boast to have the BEST FREE WEIGHT GYM in Singapore.Our Free Weight Area is 4000sq ft.
Each station has
1kg to 35kg Dumbbells in pairs,
Olympic Barbells, Short Bars, Preacher Curl Bars, Triceps Bar, Bumper Plates, basically you name it and we have them.
Kettlebells from 2kg to 48kg, Plyo boxes ,Slam Balls, Wall Balls etc etc.
We are charging $15 for 90 mins and it is strictly ONE PERSON to a station.
Operating time:
Monday to Friday
7am till 10pm
Saturday and Sunday
7am till 5pm.
$15 per station with UNLIMITED FREE WEIGHTS
