Our gymnasts took part in the National School Games (NSG) from 27–30 April, representing their respective schools with pride and determination.

In a sport like gymnastics, quality of ex*****on is key to competition success and long-term progression. In the one month between the National Championships (March 2026) and NSG, our training direction was to return to fundamentals, polish ex*****on and stability in our gymnasts’ routines. The NSG was thus an opportunity to showcase ex*****on upgrades, improved consistency and confidence in their respective skill levels.

We are very proud of our gymnasts’ discipline and dedication, and how they demonstrate mental strength beyond their years in concurrently juggling the demands of academics and competitive sports.

Beyond the results achieved today, the commitment to good fundamentals ensure they are well-prepared for a healthy, sustainable and successful competitive trajectory in the long-run, and at the same time teach them that discipline and determination are key to achieving success in life.

22 of our Level 2 and 3 gymnasts participated in the Lion City Classic on 25 April 2026.

Many of our Level 3 gymnasts had just levelled up after the National Championships in March. After just over a month of training the new routines across 4 events, they put up commendable performances with grit and courage.

Our aim for the rest of our Level 2s and 3s meanwhile was to gain competition experience, and in the process improve on their technical ex*****on and consistency.

It was a valuable experience for all our gymnasts to practice performing under competition conditions, showcase their progress, and build confidence alongside peers from different clubs.

We are proud of the effort, courage and growth from the entire team, and look forward to guiding our gymnasts onward into the next phase of learning! 🌟
