3 milestones, 1 legendary Sunday!
Our studio’s 10-Year Anniversary, and our 4th TK Hope Run, what an unforgettable party it was!
Huge shoutout to everyone who turned up repping our brand-new 10 Years Stronger t-shirts! Seeing the studio filled with that sea of energy and pride was incredible. We put our bosses in the hot seat for a hilarious Q&A that brought endless laughs, and our coaches handed out special appreciation gifts to the members who constantly light up the room with incredible attitude and drive.
A special thank you to our incredible members who contributed in so many selfless ways - from bringing food and tying the golden ribbons, to the daughter of one of our members who were put to a challenge to crochet 2 limited-edition F45 TK kettlebells that were snapped up in literally one second! We also held our 4th art auction, with a painting generously bid on and won by our amazing participants, helping our total funds raised cross the halfway mark of our target of S$10k by just the 4th month! Every single cent raised goes directly to our chosen charity, Children’s Cancer Foundation, a principle we hold strictly to our core.
Taking over as the 3rd owners of this studio, receiving the baton is both a privilege and an exciting journey. Inspired by a recent F45 induction trip to Sydney and seeing “10 Years Strong” slogan, we created our own “10 Years Stronger” slogan, honoring TK legacy as the first F45 studio in Singapore since 2016, while committing to make this platform better, bolder, and stronger every single year.
In a crowded fitness market, anyone can copy a workout or buy fancy equipment. But nobody can copy the heart, soul, and pure good vibes of this community of ours. This studio isn’t just a gym, it’s where real transformations happen, dreams are chased, and limits are pushed daily.
