There are countless ways ♾️ to build a wheel, and over the years we’ve continued to evolve and refine our craft.

In this video, we take a more creative approach by adjusting each spoke to achieve a matching pitch 🎸 during the pre-truing stage. This allows the wheel to come into the stand already relatively true, making the final truing process even more precise and efficient.

There are no hard and fast rules how a wheel should be built. By understanding how an actual spoked wheel functions, we can reach the desired built through different methods.

This pair of SL28-38mm was built and sold around 10 years ago; we were able to track from the serial code on the rim.

It came with a broken spoke which we replaced and fixed in a blink. The thing that got us smiling: none of the ni***es are seized even after 10 years, allowing us to perform some trueing completely with ease! That is how craftsmanship spells.
