This isn’t just a bicycle. It’s a piece of inspiration created and built to be passed down to many generations to come.
Meet PRJT Barcode, a Merida Reacto 400, transformed with a completely custom paint colour and a one-of-a-kind custom livery. Finished using automotive-grade paint, every element was designed and painted with the intention of creating something far beyond a standard factory finish.
The goal was simple: to turn a great performance bike into something personal, timeless, and worthy of becoming a family heirloom.
From the colour selection to the custom graphics and final finish, this bike was created as an expression of individuality — combining cycling, automotive paintwork, and art into one unique machine.
In this video, I take you through the story behind project, the inspirations for the design, and the transformation of the Merida Reacto 400 into a bike that I hope will remain in the family for generations.
