Pao Hong Wushu Pao Hong Wushu is now an organization of athletes and enthusiats dedicated to learning, teaching and promoting Chinese martial arts or Wushu.

Sharing the segment that 24 Oras did on wushu that featured various athletes from Pao Hong Wushu performing modern and traditional empty hand routines, various weapons and two man routines as well as athletes from Pagoda Philippines Athletic Association performing various lion dance routines during the Wushu Invasion Valenzuela event last November 11, 2017.

Many thanks to GMA 7 and Chino Trinidad for featuring a segment on wushu in your program. Special thanks again to Tony Magsumbol and family for their great efforts towards organizing this event.

Some pics and screen grabs from the videos I posted. Apologies I couldn't do a screen grab of everyone - the resulting pic doesn't do justice to how awesome everyone performed last Saturday. Great job to everyone.

And yes - those two pics were of Chino Trinidad interviewing some of the members of Pao Hong Wushu! Stay tuned.

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank St Louis College of Valenzuela for allowing us to showcase wushu last saturday at their very spacious gym and to Antonio Magsumbol and family for all your support in making this event successful.
