Congratulations to our players on their fantastic results at the Singapore Tennis Association Spex 2nd Junior Age Group 2026 and the ATF 14&U ActiveSG Cup Singapore (I) 2026.

While many know us for our group programmes, our coaches also work closely with players through private coaching sessions, supporting their individual development and competitive goals.

We’re proud of the hard work, commitment, and resilience each player has shown throughout their journey.

A special thank you to all coaches, mentors, parents, and supporters, within and beyond Vamos, for playing a part in their development.

Trouble with the serve? Here is how we do it with little to zero instructions. Can be done for both Juniors and Adults. Player is able to develop a technique (internal focus) through external focus (intention). Here we see that player is able to perform required movement in the serve such as - arm drop, arm extension, pronation, balance and follow through. Through implicit learning, the child will develop a natural technique. Technique is second but not secondary. If it’s efficient and effective there is no wrong.

Our team had the privilege of heading down to Jakarta for a coaches workshop led by Coach Deddy, who has played a huge role in developing many Grand Slam players in Indonesia and has also led the Indonesia Davis Cup team and Indonesia Fed Cup team.

Alongside him, Coach Martin also shared valuable insights on biomechanics and player development.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and bring back fresh knowledge to keep improving our players and programme. Always a student of the game. 🎾
