A potent blend of organic and neurological skills with an upper body pull to push and effective coordination and timing.

In today’s classes, we focus on identifying where your current weakness is, to find a scaling option that pushes you while practicing and training to get better and better.

Can’t wait for the evening crew to get their sessions in!

Look forward to more skill work and ring work, with a purely high skill ring muscle up benchmark on Wednesday. We also tackle the 2012 CrossFit Regional Team event 2 on Friday. It’ll be fun 🤗

Today, our CrossFit Seniors took on the same WOD that our crew did last Friday:

Push press for load,
Followed by AMRAP 7
1-2-3-4-5…etc
Strict pull ups / Ring Rows
Push presses

Most got to 8 rounds +!

We kick off with a long metcon piece on Monday, and end off with fun burpee box get overs as a team. In between, look forward to wall balls, deadlifts, floor presses and chest to bar pull ups!
