The SAFRA Fitness Festival’s FitX Challenge certainly looks impressive at first glance. With NS-inspired obstacles such as the leopard crawl, tyre flips, laser shooting, rowing and the iconic 2.4km run, it’s easy to assume it’s only for the fittest among us. But that’s only part of the story. The event is designed to test strength, endurance, agility and mental resilience, while remaining open to participants of all fitness levels.
