Sylvester 44, made a decision to join The Training Blueprint after realising that his health has been declining due to the sedentary nature of his job which involves long hours and frequent socialising events with his clients.
With his 3rd kid coming on the way, he is determined to make a change in his lifestyle so as to be the healthiest he can be for his family.
Here at the The Training Blueprint, our biggest belief is in having a sustainable healthy relationship between nutrition and exercise. The idea is not to totally cut out anything instantly but to slowly transit into a sustainable healthy lifestyle through different phases in the program.
Our goal is to equip our clients with the right knowledge regarding training and nutrition in the most efficient way so that they will be able to sustain the results even if they are no longer training with us in the future.
Sylvester has just completed his first 12 weeks cycle program where we focused on understanding the science behind proper resistance/weight training and how it changes affects his physiology and strength. And as can be see from his progress report, he has lost close to 3% body fat and has seen huge increase in strength over the last 12 weeks!
