🌊 That’s a wrap on our Special Edition Water Class Series with 🌊

Over the past 4 weeks, our members explored mobility, body awareness, trigger point release, movement quality, and plenty more through a series of intentional, educational, and refreshing sessions.

A huge thank you to for sharing their expertise and bringing a different dimension to our Water Classes. And of course, thank you to all our members who showed up each week with open minds and a willingness to learn, move, and grow.

We hope everyone walked away with a few new tools, insights, and techniques that they’ll continue to carry into their training and daily lives.

While we’re sad to see this series come to an end, we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who was part of it.

And for those of you who wanted to join but couldn’t make the dates, keep an eye out 👀 This may be the end of this series, but it might not be the last time you’ll see at Aether 😌

🗣️ AETHER KARAOKE NIGHT 🗣️

This time round, we’re picking up mics instead of barbells 🎤🎶

We’ll have some light food ready, but feel free to bring your own drinks, snacks, or even games if singing isn’t your thing.

Main goal: come hang out, have some fun, get to know each other better, and get into some shenanigans with the community 🤪

We put together community nights like these every now and then because while Fire, Water, Earth, and Air are what we train, community has always been the crucial 5th element of Aether that brings everything together.

Having fun, building friendships, and feeling at home at the gym are some of the things that make it easier to stay consistent and keep making progress over the long run.

🔥 IT’S BENCH PRESS & SUMO DEADLIFT SEASON 🔥

That’s right. These are the two key lifts for our upcoming TRAINING SEASON 3.0.

For our newer members, our Training Seasons are 11 week strength focused training blocks where all weekday FIRE classes work towards improving the same lifts through a structured progression, giving you a clear and measurable way to track your progress.
We’ll start by establishing your baseline, spend the next 11 weeks building your strength in these lifts, then retest them at the end to see how far you’ve come.

Block your calendars! On this date, we’ll test your initial Bench Press and Sumo Deadlift 3RM numbers, use those results to guide your training throughout the season, then retest them at the end to see how much stronger you’ve become.

Something special is flowing into Sundays 💧

Starting 10 May, our regular Water Classes will be led by , mobility and yoga specialists, for a Special Edition Water Class Series.

Expect everything you love about Water Class, now elevated with a deeper focus on mobility, recovery, movement quality, and helping you move better, feel better, and perform better in training.

A fresh take on one of our core classes and a limited-run series well worth trying.

🔥 Benchmark 2.0 Closing Test 🔥

Our members returned to retest their Back Squat and Pendlay Row after 10 weeks of hard work.

Huge congrats to everyone who stayed consistent, put in the work, and came back stronger with new personal bests! 🎉🎉🎉

Loved the mutual support in the room. Members cheering each other on, celebrating progress, and pushing together. That’s exactly the reason why Aether was created.
