Ask anyone who is old enough to be a Dad what his ideal movie star physique is, 8 out of 10 will mention Tyler Durden from the 1999 Film, Fight Club. Why not gift him what he always wanted via the 'Eight Rules of Getting Brad Pitt's Fight Club Body'.
Before heavily CGI-ed (Computer Generated Imagery) Superheroes Blockbusters rule the movie charts, actors actually had to undergo body transformations to prepare for their movie characters. While Brad might be blessed with good looks (he still looks the same these days!), he still had to work on his physique to portray the soap selling Tyler Durden.
Let's review the infamous 8 Rules of Fight Club 'made up' by Tyler Durden:-
The first rule of Fight Club is: You do not talk about Fight Club.
The second rule of Fight Club is: You do not talk about Fight Club.
Third rule: Lower Body Fat via Nutrition
Fourth rule: Targeted Weight Training (Shoulders & Abs)
Fifth rule: One Workout Per Day (Upregulate Metabolism, Rotation of Variety & Volume)
Sixth rule: No shirts, No shoes. (Masks optional or according to guidelines ☺ )
Seventh rule: Program goes on as long as it has to. (Depending on Starting Body Fat Level)
