If you’ve spent any time at BFT with Irsyad, you’ll know he’s always bringing the energy, good vibes, and somehow convincing his friends to come give BFT a try too! 💪🔥

Outside of BFT, he’s also a theatre actor and will be appearing in Charged by Teater Ekamatra this July. The play explores themes of race, identity, and loyalty through a gripping military drama, and features Irsyad as part of the cast.

What is this challenge about?
The main goal for this challenge is staying consistent, to attend at least 30 classes in the 8 weeks starting 18 May. Only one class a day would be added to the total tally!

Why should I join the challenge?
We’re incentivizing you to stay consistent. Upon completion of the challenge, you’ll stand a chance to win a BFT travel experience worth $10,000!
To entice you further, any participant who clocks 10k steps every single day for 8 weeks without fail, will have your challenge entry fee credited back to your account.
We will also be hosting mini challenges and individuals who complete these challenges will go into a raffle to win exciting weekly prizes!

How do I sign up?
The challenge entry fee is $129. To get yourself started, select “challenges” on the BFT Booking Glofox app, select Commit to 30 and make the purchase there! Registrations will close 17th May.

If you’ve ever been to a morning class, chances are you’ve seen Meng Chuan. He’s one of those familiar faces who’s always there! Always hitting the targets set by coaches even though his first response will alays be “cannot la”.

When the workout ends, he’s not done.... you’ll usually find him heading straight for the ice bath for his well-deserved recovery session. Congrats Meng Chuan 🙂
