If you’ve been to BFT in the evening, chances are you’ve seen Vishnu around! Always greeting the coaches with a big smile, bringing positive energy into the studio, and making everyone feel welcomed. 🫶🏼

If you’ve been to class, you’ll know Nicole is always the one with the biggest smile. 😊
Even though she’s still relatively new to the community, she’s been incredibly consistent—always showing up, putting in the work, and bringing great energy to every session. Whether her colleague is around or not, you can count on Nicole to be there.
She’s also the kind of person who’s always cheering everyone on, even people she’s only just met. That positivity doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s a huge part of what makes our community so special.
And of course... even when she accidentally turns up in the wrong leggings, she’ll still jump into class without missing a beat. 😂 (If you know, you know.)

🌟 MEMBER OF THE MONTH: IRSYAD DAWOOD 🌟
If you’ve spent any time at BFT with Irsyad, you’ll know he’s always bringing the energy, good vibes, and somehow convincing his friends to come give BFT a try too! 💪🔥

Outside of BFT, he’s also a theatre actor and will be appearing in Charged by Teater Ekamatra this July. The play explores themes of race, identity, and loyalty through a gripping military drama, and features Irsyad as part of the cast.

If you’re looking for something different to do, go show him some support and check out the local theatre scene! 🎭❤️
